With 750–1,000 people walking through our doors each weekend and a mission focused on reaching those far from God, this is more than a job—it’s a calling.

Home Church is also hiring a full-time Associate Pastor to help people live on mission and grow in discipleship. This role focuses on outreach, small groups, and pastoral care.

• Lead and champion For Charleston and For the World outreach efforts
• Oversee and grow Adult Small Groups (Life, Learning, Connect)
• Recruit, train, and care for group leaders and outreach volunteers
• Provide preaching support and pastoral care needs
